The linear actuator 24v dc motor is widely used in tv bed. The FD1 electric actuator is developed for both push and pull applications. A SANXING linear actuator consists of a motor, a gear and a spindle including a nut. A special version of the linear actuator is the built-in actuator meant for integration in a customer guidance. A complete actuator system solution includes one or more linear actuators, a control box / power supply and a handset to operate the actuator.

The control box is the heart of the system and connects the outlying units ( actuators and handsets ). It is able to convert control signals from the handset into operating voltage for the actuator. Using a control box is the simplest way to set up and implement the actuator into your application, no tools or wiring required.

 

 

 

 

 

Wired Handset / Control Switch ( HA8 ) --------Control 3 Linear Actuators

 

 

The handset is the unit to be used when you want the SANXING system ( SANXING actuator + SANXING control box + SANXING handset ) to perform a movement. The handset has the up/down position control. It determines whether the control box will make the actuator move in or out.

Working Principles / Connection of SANXING System:

 

 

 

* Don't connect the main cable until all actuators and  have been connected to the power supply and handset  has been connected to the actuator.

* Check that all plugs are will connected and firm pushed into the connection plug.

* The actuator can be operated by pushing a button on the handset. Use only one button at a time.
