The process of this section is :

Belt conveyor take the 1-20cm raw wood to the crusher, Adjust the feeding speed of the belt conveyor according to the crusher’s load current, can ensure the full load working of the crusher. The crusher is capable for cutting the raw wood into chips and then crush the chips into powder. The fineness of the powder can be adjusted by using different Screen hole. Powders are then conveyed to the next section by the wind convey system of combined fan, discharger and airlocks.

The equipments of this section are belt conveyor, hammer mill.

Hammer mill can cut up big hubs, waste single board, bark or scrap wood to certain specification 

wood chips or sawdust, used as raw material for pelletized pellet fuel in biomass power plant, MDF and artificial board. This machine can also process all kinds of crop straws, such as cotton stalk, corn stalk, wheat straw, rice straw, bast fibre stalk and so on.

The equipment of this section is permanent magnetic tube, bin for pellet mill, pellet mill, belt conveyor.

The process is:material for pelletized go through the permanent magnetic tube(deironing) into thebin for pellet mill.Wood powder go through the feeders into the pellet mill to be pressed into pellet, size of the pellet can be changed by different ring die. Pellets (80°C) go into the counterflow cooler to be cooled by  air counterflow.

 The main equipments of this section is Counter-flow Cooler and Viberating screen.

 The cooler is used to reduce the temperature and moisture of the pellets, thus to acquire better hardness and strength. Also it can enhance the transport ability and storage ability.

The equipments of this section are bin for dryer, screw feeder, hot air stove, drum dryer, fan, 

discharger, airlock and belt conveyor.  The raw material moisture greater than 12% .

1) How did you define your wood pellet machine model as 250 / 320 / 350 /420 / 508,  etc. ?

 The model is defined based on the diameter of the ring die mould.

 For example, mould 250 means that the diameter of the ring die is 250 mm. 

 2) what kind of raw material that the ring die mould is made of?

 There are two kinds of ring die mould in the market. one is made of carbon steel, the other is made of stainless  steel.   the former is cheaper than the latter.

 We adopt stainless steel ring die and press roller sheel in our machine.

 3) what about the size of the final wood pellet product? 

 the size is adjustable accroding to your requirement.

 the diameter range of the wood pellet is ø6-10 mm by using different ring die mould. 

 the length of the wood pellet could be adjusted on the machine.

 5) What is the suitable moisture (water content) of the raw material that easy to make pellet?

 the ideal moisture range is from 15%  to 18% .

 6) What brand of motors you used in the machine?

 We use Siemens brand motor in our machine. please rest assured about the quality.
