PBT English name for Polybutylece Terephthalate, the Chinese name for the polybutylene terephthalate or polybutylene terephthalate, polyester series are from 1.4-butanediol (1.4-Butylene glycol) and terephthalic acid (PTA) or terephthalate (DMT) from poly condensation and procedures made by mixing white translucent to opaque, crystalline thermoplastic polyester resin. PBT resin as a result of the-CH2-chain growth, making easy deflection of molecular chain, so the glass transition temperature lower than PET, curing speed. PBT is a crystalline, high molecular weight polymer, have excellent physical properties and processing of balance. Because of rapid crystallization of the material so that the molding cycle time is short and the molding temperature can be lower than a lot of engineering plastics. Density of between 1.31 ~ 1.55, melting point at 224 ~ 230 , long-term use temperature up to above 120 . It has many excellent properties, are widely used in electronics, electrical, information, communications, and automotive industry.
