Descriptions:

A:There are three sizes of enclosures for the full plastic explosion-proof operation post series can be selected:in which the 1-9 pieces of board front mountin rail type explosion-proof components can be built-in.The enclosure is made of glass fibre reinforced polyester of static resistence and it is able to withstand the most extreme conditions of industrial operation.The concave-convex joint is designed between the cover and body and they are  sealed by the structure of air-foam silicone rubber bar,which ensure the deree of protection IP65.

The two kinds of mountin ways of operation post are pendant and vertical type,equipped with the special vertical foot tray andthe rain-proof cover of stainless steel.The built-in explosion-proof component module is mounted on the 35mm standard mounting rail.The cable entries can be arranged on the top or bottom according to the user's request, which the plastic molded or metal cable gland can be equipped alternatively.

1.Each board front mountin rail type built-in component has special code,see pages A/17~A/35 for code and technical data.

2.Code of cable gland for cable entry.Also see pages B/33~B/55 for code and technical data.

3.Vertical mountin type:The 4030 joint (code:L) shall be equipped when the 4005/O foot tray of vertical pole is selected for the operation post of vertical mountin type and its data see page of A/51.

The wall type operation post can be mounted on the 4032 mountin accessory of vertical mountin type directly and its data see pae of A/51.

Selection example:

1.One wall type operation post:inside mount a green signal lamp,20V - 250V AC/DC,a double button 1NO+1NC and lable ''0,I''.Bottom has a moulded plastic cable gland entry.The type is CZ0242/2-LG601/P260 02 22 /X- A04.

2.One vertical type operation post with a rain-proof cover:inside mount an ammeter,scale is 100/1,overload scale 5,two buttons,each is 1NO+1NC and lable ''0,I''.Bottom has 4030 connector.

3.The type is CZ0242/2-P1 60 22/P1 60 22 /M6WA 100/5 / X-L.

4.Vertical type foot plate is need to be ordered,the type is 4005/O.

Sainless steel rain-proof cover is need to be ordered,the type is 4038/12P.
