Yes, all of our Sandalwood beads are 100% genuine and the sandalwood used for making beads is sourced from government authorized vendors. We do purchase the best quality and natural old sandalwood & make finest quality of beads and carvings. We do not use any kind of artificial fragrance, wax, or any other type of fake aroma. Our beads are 100% natural and genuine.
Are your sandalwood beads, malas, bracelets and other products made of genuine materials?
Yes, we use the high end Indian origin sandalwood known as “Mysore” Sandalwood, also called “White Sandalwood”. Sandalwood is a tree of genus Santalum. The Indian sandalwood (Santalum Album) is the best species of genus Santalum.
Can you use any mantra with any mala or is it better to stick to your suggestions?
You are free to use any mantra with any mala that you wish, our mantra suggestions are just suggestions based on the energetic properties of the materials used in creating the malas.
Where are your malas made?
Most of our malas are made by us in our workshop in Jaipur, Rajasthan (INDIA).

Why am I being charged tax?
We do not charge any tax on orders if you are importing to countries other than India you are liable to pay duties and taxes applicable in your country. There are different duty and taxes applicable in different countries. You can also check with the custom department of your country about the rates of duties & taxes applicable in your country on such products.
Can you ship my order overnight?
As the genuine sandalwood is a threatened species, the trade of the same is highly controlled by CITES and forest officials. As we source the material from AUTHORIZED government vendors. We are able to export sandalwood products as per wildlife guideline, we need to get the NOC through wild life department and it may take 5-7 days. Also the express shipping time so we suggest our clients 10-12 days for transit time.
Our shipping partner is DHL, and DHL has expertise in quick clearance and delivery of shipment.

Yes, we do ship over the globe. The transit time and shipping & handling charges may vary as per shipping destination.
