The machine is horizontal double layer wrapping machine, which wrap( paper tape, aluminum foil) to the core wire through the rotary disc, with double taping head. It can be secondary wrapping because of the right and left rotate direction It is mainly used for the mica tape wrapping of electric wire, power cable, control cable, optical cable and insulation wire cores. The fireproof wire and cable is mainly used in power plant, aire port, shipping, high rise building, metro, underground street, entertainment palce and other places. The requirements of fireproof wire and cable have been inceasing, thus, the appearance of multi-head fireproof wire and cable wrapping machine offers all new professional equipment for wire and cable plants.

Working principle:

The machine is double heads wrapping and transmitted by AC Motor with belt. tThe wrapping bobbin can rotate to the reight and left direction through synchronous belt transmission. The core wire is wrapped second time through haul-off and two wrapping’s positive inversion rotation in order to reach the purpose of double times wrapping. Rotate speed of haul-off can be changed by adjusting continous variable speed transmission to meet the demand of different lay of lapping. The wrapping machine with singel head, double head, three head can be produced according to customer’s requirement.
