With flying route and double Y-axis structure (principle axis and auxiliary axis), the double Y-axis share the weight of gantry and realizes large format and high speed cutting up to 1200mm/s. While continuous feeding and cutting material, GOLDEN LASER cutting system can do extra-long nesting and then full format cutting on a single pattern that exceeds the cutting area of the machine, saving material and saving cost.

With professional CAD software for design and nesting as well as auto-feeder, laser machine can modernize and automate garment cutting process.
After finish the pattern design in CAD design software or digitize the cardboard with copying system, save it in format (like DXF, DST, AI, PLT, etc) compatible with our cutting machine, transfer into the cutting machine and laser machine will cut fabrics into shapes as designed.

Large Format Recognition Continuous Laser Cutting
This function is used to precisely positioning patterned pieces of cut.
A variety of garment graphics printed on fabrics by digital printing.
CCD extracts material information, software intelligently recognizes contour of graphics, and then automatically generates the cutting path and finish cutting.
Without the need for manual intervention to complete the roll of printed fabrics continuous and identification cutting.
Garment with Stripes/Plaids Laser Cutting
CCD camera, which is installed in the rear of the cutting bed, can recognize materials information such as stripes or plaids according to color contrast. The nesting system can perform automatic nesting according to the identified graphical information and cut pieces requirement. And can automatically adjust the pieces angle to avoid stripes or plaids distortion on the feeding process. After nesting, the projector would emit red light to mark the cutting lines on materials for calibration.
Continuous Laser Cutting with Mark Point Positioning
The cutting technology is applicable to a variety of patterns and labels precision cutting. Especially suitable for automatic continuous printing clothing contour cutting. Marker point positioning cutting no pattern size or shape restrictions. Its positioning is only associated with two Marker points. After two Marker points to identify the location, entire format graphics can be precisely cut. (Note: arrangement rules must be the same for each format of the graphic. Automatic feeding continuous cutting, to be equipped with feeding system.)

1. Specially caters to small batch and much varieties garment fabrics cutting, especially suitable for made-to-measure clothing.
2. Effective cutting area is 1600mmX2500mm or 1600mmX3000mm. Machine can cut fabrics of any graphics within the cutting area with smooth cutting edge, automatic edge-sealing and no fraying.
3. Conveyor working table with vacuum adsorption function ensures smooth cutting fabric.
4. Following top exhaust suction system to synchronize laser head and exhaust suction system. Good suction effect, saving energy.
5. Unique manual and automatic interactive nesting software improves the fabric utilization rate to maximum. The system has marker making, pattern copying and grading functions.
6. 5-inch LCD screen CNC system supports multiple data transmission mode and can run in offline and online modes.
7. Users can build a database in connected computer, realizing instant data calling up. No required cardboard, avoid covering the cost of paper and edition room.
8. Optional automatic feeding and rewinding system with auto-position correcting device realizes precise feeding and cutting. The system can do extra-long nesting and full format continuous auto-feeding cutting on a single pattern that exceeds the cutting area of the machine.
9. Optional projection system, large area recognition system and pattern copying system, applicable to garment with stripes/plaids auto-recognition cutting.
