Sintered stainless steel fiber felt:

It is composed of very fine fibers by non-woven paving processed and sintered in high temperature

vacuum oven. It has better filter precision and large particle holding capacity. Main features of sintered

fiber felt are 3D net structure, high porosity, uniform pore size. Due to its unique structure and features,

sintered fiber felt has better performance in permeability and durability than wire mesh, and better

performance in heat resistance and pressure resistance than paper filter and filter cloth. Therefore, it is

an ideal material for requirements of high precision, heat resistance and corrosion resistance.

Features:

High particle holding capacity, high filter precision, slow pressure rise, long service life.

High porosity, excellent permeability, small pressure loss, large flow rate.

Corrosion resistance of acid, alkali, organic solution and chemical medicines, heat resistance for long term working in 480℃ temperature maximum.

Easy to be machined, molded and welded.

Reinforced felt, thickening felt, felt and mesh laminated, and other type felts are available on request.

Applications:

Sintered stainless steel fiber felt has an excellent filter performance, it is an ideal material of heat resistance and corrosion resistance with high precision. It’s widely used in filtration of high molecular polymer, petrochemicals, dust cleaning ofhightemperature gas, prefiltration of ultrafilter, and filtration of petroleum refining, vacuum pump, catalyst support, air bag restraint, hydraulic system, etc.
