1 Is customized logo printing available?

Yes,we can offer laser,silk screen printing and heat transfer printing.Please just advise the logo&art work photo and we will confirm all detail cost to you!

2 What is your MOQ?

Our MOQ is 100pcs with normal white package box and 1500pcs with customized colored package box!

3 Do you offer free sample?

We would like to offer free sample if your company is in China or you have office in China.Freight cost will be on collect.And if not,please do not worry.Sample cost will be refunded once you place order!

4 I have new designed item.Could you do same?

Yes.And it's better you would offer us sample or drawings to make sure details is correct.

5 Do you accept LC payment in first time?

In first time business,we prefer TT payment and would consider do LC once first time business goes well.

6 How can I make sure your goods' quality after shipment?

Once you place order,we will keep you posted for all process by photos showing all angels including sizes,weight and quantity.And you are also welcome to check quality on your own or ask third inspection party!

7 My order is urgent.Can you finish it in short time?
