For every product sold, there's 12-month warranty by Brand company.

It depends on your requirement. We work with dhl, ups, FedEX, air cargo, sea cargo, etc. All metods available to support your business.

What can I do if I received a faulty item?
It's new original products, warranty by Brand company(Xiaomi, Meizu, etc.). For any defect product, just return it back to their aftersales office, or send it back so that I can forward it to brand company
