It can automatically finishing supply pipes, registering marks, cleaning the inside hose, filling, sealing ends or folding, marking and discharging finished products. With a servo controller, running data and adjustment are displayed directly on the screen.

It can be directly operated and meter accurately. There are 3 layer constant heater, damage-free outer wall pattern rubber film, so the products are beautifully sealed.

It won't fill without a pipe. It can alarm automatically under the lower air pressure.

It can automatically stop while it fails to supply pipes or its protection door open.

Working process:

Insert the plastic/aluminum hose in the socket on the indexing aluminum plate automatically and use the indexing mechanism for the transmission and location and photoelectric detection and the metering pump for quantitative filling. The tail sealing and batch numbering are finished at one time and the finished products are automatically pushed out.
