1.Morning Meeting:Every morning,we have a host(hostress) to hold the metting.First is Greeting.The host(hostress) says"Good morning,everybody!",then we say"Good,good,very good!".Second is sharing.The one who got orders should share the methods of taking it down.Last is ending.The host(hostress)says"Ok,one,two,three!",then we say"Fighting,fighting,fighting!".It can keep our passion to work all the day!

2.Weekly Meeting:Every Tuesday,we have to report on the last week work,and plan of next work and the completion of month target.If someone has met difficulties,also can put forward,then we will help him or her solve them.

3.Monthly Meeting:On the 5th of every month is our monthly meeting.First,we need to sumarized last month work and rewarding the one who has good performance last month,then we set up this month goals,last we have dinner together.
