1. Sample charge: Depend on the product you are inquiring. If we have stock material and don't need any printing and moulding, it will be free, otherwise, The sample fee will be charge base on the complexity, quantity, etc. 

2. Sample time: For our stock item, will be need 1-3days, Customer's design will be need 3-5 days.

3. Sample freight: It will be on your side, customer should pay the shipping fee.

4. Sample charge will be refundable when you order amount hit our MOQ.
