The Educational equipment of Integrated ignition system teaching board is based on the multiple ignition system. The composition and the working process of various ignition system can be demonstrated. The training course of composition and working principle of the ignition system, fault-setting and fault diagnostics can be carried out. It is suitable for the theoretical study and practical operation of the ignition system in the secondary vocational and higher vocational institutions.

Structure and composition

The ignition system training device contains total six systems be below:

-       Platinum contact ignition system,

-       Holzer electronic ignition system,

-       Magnetic induction ignition system,

-       Photoelectric induction ignition system

-       Group type ignition system without distributor

-       Independent type ignition system without distributor

And include large capacity battery or 12V switch power, detection terminal, fault settings and troubleshooting system, mobile bench.

Features

1. It is based on the car ignition system. And the composition and work principle of different ignition system can be fully demonstrated.

2. The color circuit schematics is easy for the students to analyses and to understand the ignition system.

3. One or more ignition system can be demonstrated.

4. It has the specialized troubleshooting and set areas. You can set multiple common faults, stimulate the fault, test the fault and remove the fault.

5. Detection terminals are mounted on the panel. Detection equipment can be used to detect the voltage and waveform of the components

6. Diagnostic blocks is installed on the panel. The functions such as reading fault code and detecting the data flow can be achieved by using the testing equipment.

7. The user can add some corresponding functions according to the requirements.
