Samples: available and free ; just pay the shipping cost by air (4-7days)

If this wholesale folwer packing sleeves is blank (without printing) and we have stock in hand, we can always provide free samples, but the freight fee will be paid by the customers.
If you need the samples with your custom logo on it, then you will have to pay the plate fee(set up charge) together with the freight fee .
