About the Samples 

1. If this opp plastic self adhesive bag is blank (without printing) and we have stock in hand, we can always provide free samples, but the freight fee will be paid by the customers.

2. If you need the samples with your custom logo on it, then you will have to pay the plate fee(set up charge) together with the freight fee  .
