Product Application

This equipment is mainly used for domestic waste water treatment in waste water treatment stations for towns, residential areas (includes villa areas), senior hotels, hospitals, comprehensive office buildings and various public buildings. Quality of outlet water after this equipment reaches the national discharge standard. Since the entire equipment is able to be installed underground, it is dubbed as “underground integrated waste water treatment equipment”.

Main Features

(1). Since integrated waste water treatment equipment is able to be installed underground, the earth surface above the equipment is able to be used for afforesting or other purpose, requiring no house, heating or insulation. 

(2). Level II biological contact oxidation treatment process uses plug-flow biological contact oxidation. Its treatment effect is better than biological contact oxidation tank with completely mixing type or level II series completely mixing type. And it is smaller than active sludge tank, featuring high adaptability to water quality, good load performance of impact resistance, stable quality of outlet water, and free of sludge expansion. New elastic three-dimensional stuffing is used inside the tank, which is larger than the surface area and easier for microorganism to have biofilm formation and removal. Under the same organics load, it has high removal rate of organics and is able to increase the solubility of oxygen into water.

(3). Biochemical tank adopts bio-contact oxidation method. Its stuffing features low volume load. Since microorganism is in autoxidation stage, it produces less sludge, requiring sludge removal only once over 3 months (90 days). (Sucked by a dung-cart or dehydrated to solid mud before its transportation).

(4). Besides regular high altitude exhaust, the deodorization method of this underground integrated waste water treatment equipment also has soil deodorization method.

(5). The entire equipment treatment system has fully automatic electrical control system and equipment fault alarm system, features safe and reliable operation. Generally, it requires no special management, just timely maintenance and repair of equipment.
