The crusher is mainly used for crushing animal and vegetable fibre materials.
 
Performances & Features:
 
The fibres are cut and crushed through the relatively high-speed movements of movable cutter head and gear rings, wherein the movable cutter head has three kinds of different assembled tool bits, i.e. coarse crushing, intermediate crushing and fine crushing; the crushed products are processed into finished products through cyclone separation; and the residue dust is removed and recycled into bags.
 
The crusher is made of stainless steel; the places where bearing and crushing box carry out classification are provided with water cooling devices; gear rings are of arc saw-tooth spiral shapes; the crusher can discharge materials continuously, has no flying dust during processing, and is in line with GMP requirements.
