- CR80 Size: 2.125*3.375 inch (86*54 mm) or customized die cut shape;

- Common size: 12mil(0.3mm),14mil(0.36 mm),18mil(0.45mm),20mil(0.5mm);
- Uncommon size: 30mil(0.76mm), 24mil(0.6mm), 40mil (1.0mm);

3. Surface Finish

- Lamination Glossy, Frosted, Dump, Matt , Sport UV, Epoxy or others special request.

- 65 Cooper from Korea.

5. Personalization Crafts

- Embossing name, number and date ( gold or silver color for options);

- Barcode, QR code, Signature panel, magnetic strip, UV Protection;

7. Magnetic Stripes(LoCo/ HiCo)

Low coercivity (LoCo) and High coercivity (HiCo) magnetic stripes. Encode data into track 1, 2, 3;

8. Scratch-Off Panels

It is commonly used to cover surprise gifts, codes, surprise discounts, data, icons etc. The client/user receives the card in the mail, at a store, or event and then gets to simply scratch off the panel to reveal the information. You can include more than one scratch panel on your design, however, too many panels can leave residual "scratch-off" material on your cards.
