Step 2: Install the pillow block
Step 3: fit the handle and shaft into the pillow block.
Step 4: Use 6*20mm flat head screw to fit the wheel into the handle and shaft.
Note:

Fit the screw after the wheel in connected to the connecting rod.
The end of the connecting rod is cross shaped.

Splash guard 8 standby 6*25mm and 6*15mm round head screws, each side having 4 pieces of 6*25mm to fixate the splash guard.
