The clay used in manufacturing is collected from rivers banks in Southern Vietnam. After to be shaped, dried, and burnt in very high fire, products will be extremely hard and durable. The color depend on the location that the pot is placed in the kiln during firing. The last step is products selection, defective products will be left out and the other is perfect product. it takes a lot of time to make a finished product and requires potters meticulosity to have the best products for customers.

There are 3 main kinds of hi-fired:

• Dark(Black) Clay Pots is a dark, thick, strong and frost_proof mattrial found in Vietnam. It’s dark color gives it a rustic look that fits in almost any setting and allows the greens of the plants growing up it. Black clay pottery is most often found in natural environment and popular in mountainous and desert regions.
• Sandblasted Pots is created by abrasive blasting. It is the operation offorcibly propelling a stream of abrasive material against a surface under high pressure to smooth a rough surface, roughen a smooth surface. Worker have to wear full coverage protective gear through the working time. It depends on time, workers, skill that make them becoming the unique product.
• Atlantic Pots is made from dark clay and glazed on surface, then to be sandblasted. It takes much time to make a product through 3 processes, and products made by hand that require potters high profession to have perfect products for customers.

We ship it right

Our pot is hand-wrapped in PE bag, hand-packed on the feet and not on the sides, and shipped by our own fleet of trucks. We want to make sure that it reaches your warehouse in the same condition as when it left our warehouse.

What we do

1. Checking pots before Packing
2. Pots nested in sets. Corrugated card board /polyfoam used between pots to provide its own protective covering/cushioning.
3. Pots nested in sets and kept stationary outside with card boards then strings.
4. Pots nested and loaded on pallets carefully.
5. Pots loaded on pallets, covered by plastic film and fastered again by strings. Shipping marks applied and ready for being loaded into container
6. Pallets hauled and load into container by folklift
7. Pallets fastened again after fully loaded container by string to prevent falling upon door open. Ready to go!

1. Price & Validity

* The quoted unit price is FOB Ho Chi Minh City, US Dollars

* The unit price is based on Full Container Load (FCL) with standard packing: by fumigated pallet, brown carton or PE bag

* The unit price is subject to change upon buyer's specific requirements relating to sample inquiry, color labelling, special packaging, quality testing, etc. 

* The unit price is applied in case of mixing maximum 8 designs per FCL, if over a premium rate will apply over the a.m quotes

2. Payment terms & Delivery:

* Payment term: we do accept following payment methods unless being discussed and agreed between both sides in advance

     - Letter of Credit (L/C) at sight: L/C opening charge will be at applicant side (Buyer)

     - Telex Transfer (T/T): 30% advance deposit and the remaining upon receiving copy of shipping documents by email or fax. Bank transfer charge will be at sender side (Buyer)

* Delivery: usually within 55 - 70 days upon receipt of 30% deposit or L/C information from our bank, please inform us your order or delivery plan as early as possible for more accurate shipping window

3. Samples & Production:

* Samples are subject to reimbursable charge

* Samples and freight cost for sending samples will be at buyer or representatives of buyer side unless being discussed and agreed between both sides in advance 

* Sampling leadtime: within 3-4 weeks upon receipt of advance deposit or confirmation for making samples

* Size variation: +/-5% is acceptable due to handmade products

* Customized sizes or shapes are subject to additional charges for moulding (if needed) and to be reimbursed if of which orders are placed.

           Q: What is your minimum order quantity (MOQ)?

A: Minimum order quantity is 50 sets of any products and your total order must fulfill a 20'DC. We can accept of mixing up to 8 designs per FCL. However, this is just a general rule. Please contact us for any special order or request.

          Q: When is the best time to order pottery and what is the lead time?

A: You can order pottery at any time, but our delivery time is up to your quantity and models. Normally, it takes us about 35-60 days in low season (February to September) and 60-70 days in high season (October to January). For urgent order, please feel free to let us know.

          Q: What is your payment term?
