Coal Fired steam Generator, Boiler

 The boiler body has a compact structure, which has double-drum and traveling grate. It has  the following features,  big heating surface, sufficient output, safety and reliability. 

1. There is a cyclone burn-out chamber in the furnace, which is used to reduce the dustiness, and at the same time, hot carbon black particles are burned further, so thermal efficiency is improved, smoke blackness is reduced.

Because part of big soot particles of the smoke is separated in the cyclone burn-out chamber, dust concentration of the smoke entering convection bank is decreased, abrasion of convective heating surface is decreased,and convection bank is decreased,abrasion of convective heating surface is decreased,and life-span of the boiler is extended.

2. Combustion apparatus and other energy-saving apparatus promoted by our country can be matched according to customer’s requirement.

1.The coal consumption at full load operation calculates to bituminous coal class ll.(dw=21320kJ/kg)
