1) Double drum (water and fire tube boiler), heating area is greatly increased, furnace area is increased, so boiler evaporation capacity is ensured.
2) For some of the reasonable design, it produces Sio from ash after combustion. Under very high temperature, rice husk ash high-speed circulation will abrase the tube wall heavily. So it has high requirement for the arrangement of tube and air duct section. Only reasonable design, can guarantee the boiler rated output and get the problem of tube rupture. Our water fire tube boiler has reasonable design and reasonable air distribution system, so the problem of tube rupture is solved. For example, there are two rice husk boilers used in Jiangxi province, China, which runs 19 years, and they are running very well;

*Due to the difference of paddy and location, the content is different. The SiO content is 85~96.5% in ash, CaO as 0.11~0.25%, Kalia as 0.24~1%, NAO as 0.4%, MgO as 0.09~
1.11%, alumina as 1.72%, ferric oxide as 0.24%, phosphorus pentoxide as 0.04~0.5%,potassium carbonate and potassium bicarbonate as0.5~1%, with slight manganese dioxide.
2. Rice husk physicochemical characteristics during combustion
1) The volatile is separated out very fast, which is good for combustion. But sufficient oxygen should be provided, otherwise incomplete combustion can caused.
2) The volatile combustion and coke combustion have independent stages. It doesn’t like volatile separating out in coal, coke is burned at the same time.
3) In later stage of combustion, only coke is burned and the combustion speed is very slow. When the coke content is about 20%, the combustion is almost stopped. Thus proves rice husk is hard to burn completely. And fluidized bed rice husk boiler is hard to reach high efficiency as well.
4) Feature of clustering and coking, there is no clustering during the temperature of 900°C~1050°C. The ash fusion point is over 1500°C.
