Feature: This material has the vivid white/silver/gold effect.

Printing method: inkjet printers

Color:  white, silver, gold

Consist: two 0.15mm transparent printable PVC/PET film +one 0.46mm white/silver/gold core sheet

           two 0.25mm transparent printable PVC/PET film +one 0.28mm white/silver/gold core sheet 

Size: A4, 200*300mm or as per your requirement, or in roll type 

Steps to make card is as following:

1,One pack with 100sheets printing film (A film) and 50 sheets middle core (B core).

2,The  dull polish side is the protect overlay film , the other no overlay side is for printing.

3,It is better use 6 colors printer, need mirror print.

4,When mirror print,each cards size need bigger then the finished cards size,that easy to cut.

5,Mirror print out.

6,Take the middle core, and tear the 2 transparent films from the middle core.

7,Put the finished printing film together with the middle core .(the image side face the middle core)

8,Set the temperature of hot  lamination  machine to 140-150 degrees (Different brands of hot  lamination machine need set different  temperature,need test and adjustment).

9,Put the together printing film and middle core through the hot lamination machine.

10,Tear out the protective films from the finished cards

11,Cut the cards with straight knife into two and a half.

12,Made the cards into standard sizes by  the manual/electricity card cut machine .
