1.The machine adopts speed-adjusted, users can choose ironing speed according to different fabrics and pressed conditions.

2.Using pressure steam cylinder or infrared quartz tube,to heat drum surface,high heating efficiency.

3.The machine adopts reducer to make the gear running down, with high speed rate, high efficiency over-loading ability and low noise. 

4.Using wide conveyer belt for the cylinder adopts rotary connections for sealing to avoid the flowing phenomenon during the period of transmission.

5.The steam input of the cylinder adopts rotary connections for sealing to avoid steam leaking, with longer life.

Barrel with water, don't worry about it

• We will check water inflow when it leaves factory to make sure it is watertight.
• Cylinder may keep some residual water but won’t affect the normal use.

Don’t be afraid of some normal noise. We can handle it.

• Abnormal noise during washing, may be caused by the following reasons: Dehydration will make noise when the ground is uneven. You can adjust the foot to make the washing machine remain balance.
• To install the sealing bottom plate to reduce some noise.
• Stents will increase the noise.
• If none of the above solutions can solve your problem, you are welcomed to consult us.
