This production line can be used for hardware electroplating ,plastic plating,and aluminum alloy anode oxidation,steel pieces phosphating,electrophoresis surface treatments as well. The process flow can be adjusted accordingly due to detailed techonological requirements of the customers.The operation modes can be devided into manual one and automatic one.

Driving wheel,using polyurethane rubber ones,can ensure smooth and noiseless operating process.Both driving lifting operation and level operating adopt frequency conversion motor,which can accomplish slow position.

The  speed of double column type driving is normally 0-40m/min and lifting speed is comminly 0-18m/min.There are two forms of lifting lever,single lifting and double-rod lifting.This kind of electroplating line is suitable for various plating slot size of electroplating line and it is a kind of extensive used productiong line.
