GSM+PSTN FWT has the function to choose route between GSM and PSTN automatically, it can call out through GSM or PSTN according to the presetting rules in the device. 

It will dial out from your mobile without distinguishing if you don’t connect the PSTN line, and it will dial out from your PSTN without distinguishing if you don’t insert SIM Card or GSM network no signal.
