1.SIM card inserted in the slot enabled in the back of the gateway. Make sure that you hear the "click"

2.Connect the voice gateway for electric current using the included power card. After a while, the LEDs will light up. 

3.Connect one end of the telephone cable to the slot" Phone" located in the back of the voice gateway and the other end of the phone 

4.Once you have the phones software links to the voice gateway, you have to make sure the PIN code of the SIM card is deactivated. To do this you must make the secuancia "Lift"#*31* followed by the four digit PIN and final contact the Customer Service Attention 1441

Yes, it’s necessary that the device is connected to electricity for it to work. 

2.Where to put the device?

4.What to do, if its not working? 

First of all, make some tests:

1. check that the SIM card is properly put in the gateway and that the PIN is right. The SIM indicator on the gateway should be on. 

2. check that the gateway is properly connected to the electricity 

3. make sure the gateway is located on a site that has good Vodafone signal (the signal indicator on the box should be on)
