FAQ:

1.Does it have to be connected to electricity?

   Yes, it’s necessary that the device is connected to electricity for it to work.

2.Where to put the device?

  It is recommended to put it somewhere in the house where the Vodafone signal is good. There should be a plug nearby, to connect the device to the electrical current.

3.Is the Voice Gateway incompatible in your House?

It is not compatible with other terminals offered by Vodafone in your House nor mobile phones. Keep in mind that the Voice Box makes any landline compatible with the Vodafone in your House service.

4.What to do, if not working?

a. check that the SIM card is properly put in the gateway and that the PIN is right. The SIM indicator on the gateway should be on.

b. check that the gateway is properly connected to the electricity

c. make sure the gateway is located on a site that has good Vodafone signal (the signal indicator on the box should be on)

Remember you can put the box anywhere in the house.
