Construct:
Included of electric control system, mixing head, chemical tanks, metering pumps, conditioning controller of temperature, rotational speed and pressure display, cleaning system, air washing system, vacuum system and bed frame etc.
Configuration:
Taiwan TCG motors, JINGWEI metering pumps, CHINT or Schneider electrical elements, SANCH frequency controllers, XINJIE PLC and touch screen etc, most of them can be customer designed according to demands.
Working Condition (Two components model for example):
Mixing Ratios: 100:80-120 for A and B components;
Processing Temperatures: Under 65 degrees Celsius for both chemicals.
