1. Introduction:
Core Box Cutters With a core box cutter bit, you can cut a half-round groove in the diameter of the bit. These bits have no ring bearing. The rounded groves were very often found on old furniture. Today they are still often used to cut decorative grooves to break up large vertical surfaces and to adorn columns and edges. They are also often used to cut grooves in grip moldings.
