Warranty:

 

Warrants each product of its manufacture to be free from any defect in material and workmanship for a period of

one year after delivery to the original purchaser.The limit of liability under this warranty shall be to

repair or replace any product, or part thereof, which proves to be defective after inspection by Setsail.

This warranty shall not apply to any Setsail product that has been disassembled, modified, physically

or electrically damaged or any product that has been subjected  to conditions exceeding  the  applicable specifications or ratings.

    S:We are manufacture of passive component.

2.C: What is the MOQ for your products?

    S:It is no problem for the conventional products, Even 5 or 10 pieces are Ok.

       The specified product need to be negociated depends on the requirements.

3.C:How to order from you?

    S:You can email us the PO with details or you can also call us for emergency.

        Your questions or problem will be responsed within 24 hours.

4.C: How to pay for you?

    S:T/T and L/C are accepted for the payment. West union and pay pal are

        also accepted for small amount.

5.C: What is the delivery time of the order?

    S: 5 or 7 days after we get the payment.

6.C: what about the package? it is strong enough?

    S:Each product is packed well in individual OPP bag in small white box.

        and then in high quality standard exported cartons.Products are well

        protected by thick cardboard and foam.
