Hengrui light weight thin standard size fire bricks are made of high purity refractory clays, alumina and some organic filler. Compared with ordinary refractory bricks, there are well-distributed tiny pores inside and the porosity is high. Thus, the heat energy can get restored, and the cost of fuel will be saved. The light-weight of IFB means that less heat storage, so cyclic operation can be accelerated for both of the heating and cooling are quick. The working temperature of IFB is 900℃-1600℃, and every client can buy the most economical products according to one’s actual demands.

Hengrui series of light weight thin standard size fire bricks according to the standard of ASTM. Alumina hollow ball, micro powder, and composite binder are the raw materials of AB series of alumina hollow bricks which are made by vibratory compaction after firing in high-temperature.

Applications

Refractory of heat surface and back lining insulation for steel industry,petrochemical,ceramic industry, non-ferrous metal industry,etc.

Pipeline, heating device and refining apparatus.
