Impact Crusher Usage and Application

There are several types crusher: jaw crusher, cone crusher, impact crusher and hammer crusher. All of them can crush metal ore. However, here will introduce impact crusher. 

Impact crusher is used for primary, secondary, fine crushing mining and for stone and rocks (for example, granite, marble, limestone, metal ore, basalt, and quarts) materials crushing  with compressive strength less than 350 MPa. Impact crusher is widely used for sand,coal,stone and rock producing in the industry of roads, railways, water conservancy, electricity power, building materials and so on.

Impact Crusher Main Specifications

The following picture has shown a whole production line. The whole product line includes vibrating feeder, jaw crusher,  impact crusher, vibrating screen and belt conveyors. The raw material is fed into jaw crusher through vibratong feeder for primary crusher, then is transported to impact crusher for fine crushing, then the material is transported fo vibrating screen to be separated into different sizes. The bottom left picture is another complex whole production line.
