RABS isolation system is one kind of clean equipment which used in I.V infusion filling machine, antibiotic powder filling machine and all kinds of filling machines, it can isolate the filling machine filling area with environment and supply the clean airflow, it can make the working area positive pressure to prohibit cross population, and guarantee the working area with high clean grade.

The air in the work shop will pass though primary filter, medium efficiency filter and was pressed into static pressure box by centrifugal fan, after that, it will pass though the high efficiency filter and blow through FFU of the RABS system, the clean air will flow by average speed over the working area, then it forms the high clean grade working environment. The center weight room’s operating area will be keep at positive pressure condition, its design meet cGMP request.
