Single Effect:

Multi Effect:

   The device is widely used in the chemical, food, sewage treatment ,such as tomato sauce, salt solution, suspension, water, oily emulsion, starch syrup and other enrichment materials.

Feature

Single Effect: 

   Fluid is heated by heat exchangers and with high-speed circulation,, by means othe upper tube sheet of hydrostatic head, inhibit the fluid is boiling inside of tube. Fluid flow into the separator, the pressure inside of tube sharply down, secondary flash steam separation. High flow rate of fluid through the heater, which can be kept relatively low temperature, the maximum degree of reduction of the heating surface sediments and scaling trends.

Multi Effect:

     1. the reuse of steam and the way of heating of solid is same like three-effect falling film evaporator, the difference :speed in the pipe is highly flow and inhibit the fluid boiling.
