PVC TPR double color shoe sole injection moulding machine

Characteristcs:

1. Specially for producing all kinds of single/double color soles for sports, leisure/sandals women and leather shoes, etc.

2. Specially for producing the foaming or unfoaming type shoes which made of thermoplastic PVC and TPR.

3. All the operation can be computer sized with 9 display screen and 8 sets mould information memory. It will cut off power automatically with a system power dutter jamming filter facility if power unstable. Its computer with control and inspection software can inspect the work state of its all parts all the time and show the result on the screen.

4. Control the processing of different die seta by pressure and flow double ratio control.

5. Adopting imported linear potention meter to control plastic volume. The accuracy is up to 0.1 mm is injects the material accurately. The product is beautiful and has reliable quality.

6. The heating zone adopts advanced electronic solid state relay. It can frequently electrify for long time and without any noise. It adopts thermocouple to inspect three times per second and it shows the temperature on the display screen.

7. Automatic adjustment system to depth of parallelism of die set can ensure regular production when the die set is unparallel. The quality product without rough selvedge may be guaranteed.

8. The strong close mold base and lock mould power close mould with one steps control different color each two color together injection can reduce waiting time quicken production rate and promote productivity.

9. The machine can produce single/double color finished products.

After Sales

The guarantee period for all equipments, accessories and spare parts shall be valid for 12 months since the day the guaranteed capacity of equipment is achieved. (except destructible parts)
During the guarantee period, if any defect or inherent fault is discovered, the Buyer shall notify the Seller of the defective or faulty parts provided that these involve action to remedy, repair or replace the defective or faulty parts at his own expense within 20 days after receipt of the Buyer's notice by telex/fax.
