    •  Yes bags can be customised in terms of size, custom OEM label, custom hang tags.
  • Is it machine-washable?
    • Yes.
  •  Can I print on the bags?
    • We recommend adding a fabric patch to the bag, if you are looking to print your logo. Dyes used for printing are water-based dyes and tested for low heavy metal content as well as Azo-free properties.
  • How will you ship my bags?
    • For lower volumes we recommend using FedEx or TNT for door-delivery. For larger volumes with over 1 CBM volume, you can consider sea-shipment as well.
  • Can you manufacture faster than 4 weeks?
    • Depending on your requirement and our existing production schedule, we might able to turn around the bags in 2 weeks! If you are looking to meet a tight timeline, you can combine an express order with FedEx Priority service. This way, you can expect the bags in your hands within 3 weeks from order confirmation.
  • I have proprietory desgins. Are you willing to sign an NDA?
    • We recognise that designs are intellectual properties of the buyer. Thus, we are happy to sign an NDA with you, or offer you a template of one to review, in case you do not have one in hand.
