LSM wheel-paddle translational sealing Quick Opening Closure is our company's exclusive patent product(patent no.:ZL03210870.2). It is made up of coaxial double steel plate (the outside plate is the card plate and the inside plate is Quick Opening Closure). Through the lead screw drive, drive the card plate rotation, use slant produce thrust forward, and push (no rotating) Quick Opening Closure forward translation extrusion seal, to achieve the purpose of the seal.

 

1)It has the function of safety interlocking. When the Quick Opening Closure closed, the safety interlocking can realize positioning. When the Quick Opening Closure opens, the safety interlocking can realize secondary pressure relief.

 

2)It can protection the seal. It uses coaxial double steel plate, seals and sealing surface without relative rotation. Sealing ring is not damaged easily. Sealing surface is not easy to be impurity wear.

 

3)Its lock using polyhedral contact structure. When the lock Quick Opening Closure can realize action at the same time, translation contact and stress uniform. It enlarges the bite area at the same time. The bite force area between the cover and the base of the blind plate accounts for more than 90% of the contact area.

 

4)It uses multiple lead screw drive. Switch time is short and flexible.
