Then we design the resin napoleon chair. In 2012 we design the resin phoenix chair. Until now we have 20 model resin chairs for events wedding party, 4 model transparent resin tables, 3 model leisure chairs, 2 model resin barstools and 2 model metal folding chairs.

With 9 years experience in producing resin chairs, we could control the quality very well. Our chairs have fewer bubbles, less watermark. Some factories’ chairs have many bubbles. From pictures you could see that clearly. But in Hibow, it’s rejected products.

Regarding to structure of our chair, it’s different from other factories. All of the screws have chair cover which make chairs look very beautiful. Most of our chairs have chair feet which could protect the floor. And the chair seat is also different from other factories. When you put two chairs together, you could find the difference easily, not only the structure but also the quality.

Production Process

1 Our material is Bayer brand which is under strict quality control.

2 After production, our QC will check the quality. If not pass our standard will be destroyed.

3 Before packing, we will assemble some chairs to check the quality. Because we want our customers could assemble chairs with no problem.

4 Then we will pack chairs with bubble bags and 5 layer hard carton.

5 After packing, we will take pictures and send to our customers.

After Sales Service

All our resin chairs, Hibow will give you 3 years warranty. If break problem happening, we will give you new free parts. We always offer relative technical support. Quick response, all your inquiries will be replied within 24 hours.

Quality Control

1 During production, our QC would strictly check the quality.

2 Our salesman also would trace every production.

3 We would try our best to help our customer and solve any problems, even if you are only a very small customer.

Payment Terms

1 TT advance. 30% deposit. Balance pay against copy of B/L.

2 L/C at sight.

Our material is first grade high - impact resin which is not broke easily. High quality moulding makes the products no burrs and have a shinning surface finish. Wobble free construction makes it comfortable and durable.

Test of Florence Ghost Chairs

We do lots of tests to check the chair quatity, like loading weight ,stability. As you know, the chair is always used for events wedding and party, so we must make sure it's safe enough.

Our Workshop and Machines

We have a professinal R&D team and develop mould by ourselves. More than 50 sets plastic-injection machine from 3,000 gram to 20,000 gram, 7 sets CNC machine, 5 sets automatic bending machine and 20 sets stamping machines.
