we do lots of tests to check the chair quatity, like loading weight ,stability. As you know, the chair is always used for events wedding and party, so we must make sure it's safe enough.

Royal chair has two packing ways: disassembled could save your space and money when transport. Assemlbed could save your labor cost. You could according to yourselves circumstance to choose the best suitable way.

Production Process

Our material is Bayer brand which is under strict quality control.

After production, our QC will check the quality. If not pass our standard will be destroyed.

Before packing, we will assemble some chairs to check the quality. Because we want our customers could assemble chairs with no problem.

Then we will pack chairs with bubble bags and 5 layer hard carton.After packing, we will take pictures and send to our customers.

After Sales Service

All our resin chairs, Hibow will give you 3 years warranty. If break problem happening, we will give you new free parts. We always offer relative technical support. Quick response, all your inquiries will be replied within 24 hours.

Quality Control

During production, our QC would strictly check thequality.Our salesman also would trace every production. We would try our best to help our customer solve any problems, even if you are only a very small customer.

Payment Terms

TT advance. 30% deposit. Balance pay against copy of B/L.
