1.What is resin ?

Resin we can also call it plastic , there are many different kinds of resin . Like PC (polycarbonate ), PP (polypropylene), PVC (polyvinyl chloride) ,PE (poly ethylene) ,etc. They are widely used in our daily life . We used PC and PP in my chairs . PC resin is used for producing transparent colors ,as all the other materials can not make transparent color , we use PP resin for producing normal colors ,like gold ,silver , black ,white etc.

2.resin chair ? Or wood chair ? which is better ?

I don’t wanna say my resin chair is better , but see below and judge by yourself :

 (1)Chair colors

Resin chairs color is solid color, without any paint , so no need to touch up or repaint . Save your time , save your labor cost , save your money !

All the colors of wood chairs are painted , they are easily scratched and damadged when transport or using . You have to touch up or repaint every time after using. It is really headache, waste lots of labor cost ,waste lots of money .

 (2)Service life

All of my resin chairs ,we can give your 3 years warranty under normal using .

Wood chairs max. 1 year , they’re going to be loose and not stable . The surface paint peel off and ugly , your clients do not want to pay it any more , you have to buy new chairs !!!

(3)Uniformity  

Resin chairs are made of molding , so that we can keep all the chairs size are totally the same , so that we can stack over 10pcs, so that we can store and transport easily . Most of the work of wood chairs are did by hand , so the chairs size are not same , there are size error among the chairs ,they are going to be titled you stack only 5pcs , no good for storage and transport .

(4)Luxury & Special

Current business is coming harder and harder . How to attract clients ? You need something special which your competitors did not have yet !

Most of the chairs are wood chairs in the market , they are old and traditional, no any lightspot .

3.Are your chairs safe ? They looks like glass ,I am worry about the loading capacity ,My people is very fat…

4.How high the chair can stable and how to store ?

The chair can stack more than 10pcs, easy for storage and transportation . You know resin chairs are made of molding , so that we can keep the uniformity of the chairs are totally the same , so that can stack more . Not like wood chairs , all the works did by hand , will be titled only stack 5 pcs . when you store and stack the chairs , you can have the chair cover protect the chair , use a soft duster to clean will more better protect the chair surface better .

5.Does your chair have customized cushion and cover ?

Yes ,we have , we have soft cushion , board cushion , button cushion and vinyl cushion etc, also have chair cover for every chair model.

6.Will the resin chair/ table sell well in my country ?

We have exported to more than 50 countries , main market like USA, Canada , France , UK , Italy ,Spain , Brazil , South Africa South ,Australia and many countires in middle east and latin America . The resin chair is more and more popular these years , if you want something special , if you wanna lead your market , this is really a good choice !

7.Should I choose knock down chair or assembled chair?

My recommendation : You better choose knock down if you are a wholesaler , you might choose assembled chairs if you are a rental company use the chairs by yourself and you don’t have workers .

Actually , you have to decide by yourself ,but I can tell you their difference :

Knock down Pros : We can load more chairs in the container , you can save ocean freight ,when they arrive , you can store them easily , save your warehouse space , they can also save your overland transportation fee if you deliver this goods to your final clients in KD .

Knock down Cons : You have to assemble the chairs by yourself if you use the chairs by yourself or your final clients want them in assembled .

Assembled Pros : We assembled the chairs for you , you do not have to assemble by yourself .

Assembled Cons: We can fit less chair in the container which means the ocean freight is expensive . When they dock , they have to take your more space for storage . The overland transportation fee is much more expensive than KD if you deliver them to your clients.

8.Is it diffcult to assembled ? do you have some assembled intructions?

No, it is easy to assemble . For example , my worker can assemble around 80-100pcs one day. Regarding the assembled instructions , sure , we put an assembled instruction in each carton ,you can see that when you open the carton .

9.What’s the delivery date and how can I protect my benefit when have a order ?

The delivery date is usually within 20days after we got the deposit , when you place an order , we will contact with you to tell the production schedule , send you the large cargo and loading picture make sure you can see your goods packing and loading . After container loaded , we will send the Bill copy to you to prove that we have already ship the cargo , then you pay us balance , I send your docs.

10.How can I order a sample to check quality ?

First ,pls confirm the model, the color and the qty ,

second tell me your full information , like company name , address , phone No. and contact person third , we’re gonna inquire the courier cost and send you the proforma invoice, after we receive the sample and courier fee, we’ll send the samples immediately !

11.I have no experience to import , how can I take a order ?

No problem , we can show you how to go ahead , we also have our own agent , can help inquire the shipping cost, shipping company and delivery time and estimated time , you can have a very easy and happy import.

12.Do you have some guarantee about your chair ?

The chair we guarantee you 3 years under normal using , also we have customer told it have more longer using life.

(1) when we do plastic injection , we will pick up the chair which is not good .

(2) during the packing , we will pick up some chair to assembled to do the strong test ,

(3)extra spare parts will be put in the container even if you don’t tell us .
