Q1. May I have the sample of my interesting item?

Yes, the sample is free, but you need pay the express fee by yourself. And the time of sample within 1 week, please send us your sample request with your courier account and mail address. 

Q2. May I have my own logo and design on the clock?

Yes, you can choose your own logo and design on the clock. But you need pay additional fee for logo printing and design.

Q3. What is the payment term if I want to place an order?

We accept T/T,30% deposit, balance against after copy of B/L.

Q4. Is it possible that I place an order less than MOQ?

Yes, but the total is less than $4000, we will charge additional handing charge $200/shipment.
