Impact crusher utilizes high speed impacting effect to crush materials. When materials enter into the function

area of board hammer from the feeding mouth, materials are crushed for the first time by high speed impacting from board hammer; Strong impacting force projects the materials to breaking plate for a second-time crush. The materials rebounded by breaking plate fall on function area of board hammer and continue the above processes until their sizes are crushed to be less than that of the discharging port and they will be discharged

out of the discharging port by self-weight.

This machine has high crushing ratio and crushing efficiency, simple but reasonable structure, stable operation, convenient maintenance and rapid part replacement, which is widely applied in the industries such as construction material, beneficiation, chemistry and electricity, etc. It is mainly used for breaking the medium hardness and brittle materials.

After optimizing, it’s designed with large crushing chamber and feed size. Also, its production efficiency is greatly improved under different apply conditions through optimizing the lining plate and the specific rotor.

All materials of the lining plate and reaction lining plate on the rotor and the damageable parts inside the chamber adopt high-chrome steel material, improving their durability and reliability.
