CHARACTER
1) HOT PRESS
The hot press is composed of press frame, cylinder, hot pressing plates, upper and down beam, inlet & outlet steam water system, hydraulic system, electrical control system.
Each group frame is composed of 2 pcs frame plate. In order to guarantee precision and rigidity , frame is whole piece . Each group frame is processed on large size DC boring-milling machine to guarantee same height of working surface of each group frame.
Chilled cast iron cylinder piston materials, cylinder is ZG500-270 cast steel, the main seals for special customized pieces. Each cylinder should go through a 35MPa high-pressure test. If cylinder in normal usage, the seal life of 3-5 years.
Each hot pressing plate surface go through ground finish to ensure that the hot pressing plate geometric tolerances and surface roughness (finish) requirements (accuracy up to 2 GB). Hot pressing plates adopt Multi-loop inlet and outlet heating structure, saturated overheat water heating to ensure the hot pressing plate surface temperature ≤ 3 °C, the maximum hot pressing plate temperature difference between each layer ≤ 2 °C.
This press can work in the hydraulic oil pressure to ensure 28.0MPa, it means that the press under the pressure of nominal can be used long-term . The user simply presses the start button, the press will complete the entire process automatically according to hot pressig curve set in man-machine interface.

When Loader load each layer, cage rise one layer , waiting for the next layer raw board loading, followed by cycle, each layer filled up. To wait for pushing carriage to send to hot press for pressing. .
