1. What’ s the MOQ for the products?

It’s 10 cartons for each items, the exactly quantity will depend on the master packing, mostly there are 6pcs/ctn, 12pcs/ctn, 24pcs/ctn, 48pcs/ctn, etc….

2. How can I get the samples? What’s the cost? How long will it take?

We provide free samples however freight, you just need to let us know what items you prefer, and we will check for the freight cost for you, then arrange the samples, usually it will takes about 2-4 working days.

3. What is the payment term?

Usually we quote the price basis on FOB or EXW price, and the payment term is:

1) 30% as deposit by T/T and the balance 70% paid on receipt copy of B/L;

2)100%, L/C at sight.

4. How about the delivery date?

Normally it’s 30-45 days after receive the deposit.

5. What if the quantity we need can’t meet a full container?

There are two options:

1)If you have any cooperating Chinese partner, we can send the goods to them and ask them to arrange the shipping.

2)If you don’t have any experience to import from China, please let us know the quantity you exactly need and we’d like to calculate the FOB price for your reference.

6. I want to custom my own doll, what information should be provided? And what’s the MOQ?

We’ll provide you a custom doll form with all the details you need to notice for your reference, what you need to do is try your best to fill in the details which you have confirmed, for those uncertain parts, we can discuss one by one. The MOQ will depend on the details of the doll.
