(1) x 25 16 frames of blood count plate calculation formula:

Number of yeast cells/ml = 100 small yeast cell number / 100 x 400 x 104 x dilution multiple

(2) 25 tile x16 blood count plate calculation formula:

Number of yeast cells/ml = 80 small yeast cell number / 80 x 400 x 104 x dilution multiple

4. The blood count plate clean
