Hot dipped Galvanized Wire
Hot-dipped galvanized wire, also known as hot-dipped zinc plated wire, thermal galvanized wire, or simply as galvanized wire.
Hot-dipped galvanized wire features: Compared with electro galvanized steel wire, hot-dipped galvanized wire offers much better corrosion resistance and flexibility.
Use: mainly telecommunication equipment and materials, medical equipment and device,     weaving of wire mesh, steel rope, filtration mesh, high-pressure pipe, construction, arts and crafts, etc.
Sizes: thermal galvanized iron wire: 8#-22#; electric galvanized iron wire: 8#-36#.
Packing: Galvanized wire can be supplied in the form of coil wire, bobbins wire, spool wire, cut wire or tie wire to meet our customers' different needs.

Galvanized wire hot-dip zinc-plated and electro galvanized iron wire are the primary wire products of Dechengli. The common sizes applied for electro galvanized wire and hot-dip galvanized wire are from BWG8# to BWG16#. Wire with smaller diameter or bigger one also available for customer choice.

Processing of Hot-dip Galvanized Wire:
DeChengLi produces good quality hot-dip galvanized iron wire from choice low carbon steel wire, through the process of wire drawing, acid washing and rust removing, annealing and coiling.

Hot-dip Galvanized Iron Wire Features:
Hot-dip galvanized wire we produce offers excellent flexibility and softness. The zinc coating can be 100g/m2, 200g/m2 and 300g/m2.
Single coil package for hot-dip galvanized iron wire can be different from 10 kg to 1000 kg.
