Our Vaporizer is made of high quality alloy aluminum extruded sections and used for cryogenic liquid like vaporized liquid oxygen/nitrogen/argon/carbon dioxide or natural gas.
The product features:
1) Energy saving and environmental protection by applying aerial heat with no other energy sources demanded
2) Handiness with removable connections applied at inlet or outlet tube
3) Uniform recuperation: The finned tube is properly designed through careful calculation, achieving sufficient heat transfer area without bias current
4) Our vaporizer are used to heat cryogenic liquid for evaporation, directly supplying gas to the outside. The temperature at pneumatic outlets is controlled via instrumental system.
Vaporization amount can be designed according to operating conditions.
The air separation plant adopt molecular sieve air purification, air booster, booster turbo expander, double rectification column, and liquid oxygen pump Internal compression technical.
The control and interlock of complete set will be made by ITCC+DCS,the process will follow the most advanced and common international regulation, and design module on the premise of stable running.
The complete set of plant including: air filtration system, air compressor system, air pre-cooling system, molecular sieve purification system, double rectification column system, liquid products storage system, instrument control system, electric control system etc..
