welding ----The welding for oxygenation will more steady and beautiful in appearance.we adopt weld firstly, then send to polish by tincal.and when finished the first time polishing, then send back weld and check the air bubble.

Polishing---The OLang products are from rough to process to polish, there are a lot of processes, the polishing is seven, more than eight degrees. We check in strictly, reaches 36 processes. Each process wants 100% to examine by total quality control . examine executive to inspect by random samples. When they confirm the polishing is ok, then send them to plate .

Electroplate---- The OLang products must through pickle, brass plating, nickel plating, polishing, and then chromium nickel plating. Plate chromium liquid chemical material all adopt the import raw materials. It is five layers plating reach above 15 micron for thickness, and every trough products undergo acid destruction testing more than 24 hours. The salt fog testing for more than 96 hours, is according to the international standard.
